Learn with Dr. Rene'
I'm a veterinarian who loves teaching. My goal is to help you understand veterinary medicine so you can feel informed and confident when working with your own veterinarian.

Two ways to learn together
Both offerings are purely educational — designed to help you understand your pet's health, not to replace your veterinarian.
Ask Dr. Rene'
Need help understanding something specific?
Submit your question along with any relevant details or veterinary records, and I'll send you a thoughtful, evidence-based educational response within 2 business days.
This service is ideal for questions about:
- Understanding a diagnosis
- Explaining bloodwork or lab results
- Medications and why they're prescribed
- Nutrition
- Preventive care
- Common diseases
- Preparing for a veterinary appointment
- Understanding recommendations made by your veterinarian
Important disclaimer: This is an educational service only. It does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR), diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or replace your pet's veterinarian or emergency care.
Educational Veterinary Consultation
Spend 30 minutes with Dr. Rene' discussing your pet's health concerns in a supportive, educational setting.

- Clear explanations in everyday language
- Education grounded in veterinary science
- Written notes or follow-up resources when helpful
- Full respect for your existing veterinary relationship
